Custom Cap Manufacturer · In-House Branding
Your logo. Our stitch.
Anika Cap offers in-house embroidery, appliqué patches, screen printing and vinyl printing for logos and artwork — the core of what makes us a true custom cap manufacturer, not just a supplier.
Custom Embroidery & Printing Manufacturing
Branding is what turns a blank cap into your product, and it's the part of the process we keep entirely in-house. As a custom cap manufacturer, Anika Cap applies embroidery, appliqué patches, screen printing and vinyl printing directly on our own production line — not outsourced to a separate vendor.
Flat and 3D puff embroidery both work well on structured front panels for a raised, premium logo look. For more detailed or multi-colour artwork, we recommend woven or leather patches, which we cut and attach in-house. Screen printing and heat-transfer vinyl are better suited to fine text, gradients or photographic-style graphics that embroidery can't reproduce cleanly.
Whichever method you choose, keeping it under one roof means your artwork file goes through a single approval step before bulk production — no back-and-forth between a cap supplier and a separate branding vendor, and no risk of colour or placement drifting across a large order.

FAQ
Common Questions
What artwork file do you need?
Vector files (AI or EPS) give the cleanest embroidery digitisation, but we can also work from a high-resolution PNG or PDF.
Can I see a sample before the bulk order?
Yes, we produce a sample cap with your branding applied before moving to full production.
Which branding method is cheapest for large orders?
Screen printing is typically the most cost-effective for large runs with simple, few-colour artwork; embroidery adds a premium, tactile finish.
