From sketch to shipment.
A transparent six-step process we follow for every bulk and export cap order, from first sample to final dispatch.
Design & Sampling
Your brief, logo or reference is converted into a physical sample cap for approval before bulk production begins.
Fabric Sourcing
Twill, chino, denim or mesh is sourced and matched to your spec, colour reference and budget.
Cutting & Stitching
Panels are cut and stitched in-house by our Delhi NCR production team to the approved sample.
Embroidery / Print
Logos, text and patches are applied using embroidery, screen print or vinyl, matched to the sample.
Quality Check
Each batch is checked for stitching accuracy, fit consistency and colour match before packing.
Packaging & Dispatch
Caps are packed for domestic courier or export freight, depending on your order and destination.
Why This Process Matters
Cap manufacturing has more failure points than it looks like from the outside — a fabric batch that doesn't quite match, an embroidery digitisation that distorts a logo, a closure that doesn't sit right across a full production run. Each step in our process exists to catch one of these issues before it reaches your final order, not after.
Sampling first means you approve the exact cap — fabric, fit and branding — before we commit to bulk production. In-house cutting, stitching and branding means a single team is accountable for consistency from panel one to panel one thousand, rather than the order passing between separate vendors.
